This privacy policy applies to the TimeTap app for mobile devices, developed by Andrei Khitryi as a Freemium service provided "AS IS".
When downloading and registering the Application, you may provide certain information. Registration is optional but may be required for some features. The Service Provider may use this information to contact you with important updates, legal notices, or promotional content.
The Application may collect information automatically, including device type, unique device ID, IP address, mobile operating system, browser type, and usage patterns.
The Application does not collect precise GPS-based location data but may use approximate location (e.g., via IP address) for analytics and functionality improvements.

The Service Provider may disclose information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or with trusted service providers.
You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application through your device's standard processes.
User Provided data is retained while you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information is retained for up to 24 months, then stored in aggregate form. To request deletion, contact timetap@arkty.me. Note that some data may be required for proper Application function.
The Application does not address anyone under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and will immediately delete such information if discovered. Parents aware of child data submission should contact timetap@arkty.me.
The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information. Access is limited to authorized personnel. However, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use implies approval of modifications.
Using the Application means you consent to information processing as described, including collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
